◉ Scope of This Quotation: Installation and insulation of air-conditioning equipment, air ducts, and water systems; wiring for air-conditioning equipment motors; and commissioning of air-conditioning equipment.

◉ Exclusions from the Above Quotation: Costs for the main unit foundation, hole patching, and water supply/drainage construction; costs for supply air and return air openings; costs for crane rental; and costs for the main power supply of the main unit.

◉ Basis for Quotation Calculation: This quotation is calculated based on the preliminary design drawings of the air-conditioning system. If there are revisions to the engineering drawings or project quantities, the cost shall be adjusted accordingly (increased or decreased).

◉ Tax Exclusion: This quotation does not include invoice-related taxes. If an invoice is required, taxes shall be added separately.

◉ Power Cable Requirement: Party A shall route the power cable within 1 meter of the Air-Conditioning Equipment, and we shall be responsible for the wiring connection.
